Orienteering Race

Navigation is the ability of a person to determine its position in an unknown region according to the cardinal directions: north (N), south (S), east (E) and west (W).

If you would like to learn to navigate, don’t doubt! We offer a orienteering route where we will have to look for hidden milestones in the forest using a compass. To do that, we will search directions, do triangulations in a map, etc.

It can be done with a single group, or do a orienteering race forming different teams, win the first one that locates them all correctly.

The activity will be carried out in areas of natural interest, being a very enriching and different activity.

• Season: All year.
• Activity duration: 3 hours.
• Location: Hostalets d’en Bas (La Garrotxa).
• Minimum age: 6 years old (minors have to be accompanied by an adult).
• Material needed by the client: ankle boots or sportive trainers, comfortable clothes, food and water.
• Meeting time: 10:00 AM or 16:00 PM.
