Núria Inferior Canyon, Ripollès

The Núria Inferior Canyon is an intense canyon of advanced level. Located between Queralbs and Vall de Núria (Ripollès), within the Natural Park of the Headwaters of the Ter and Freser, in the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees. It is a very physical, technical, narrow and continuous canyon, where we will find several rappels, including a fully suspended 20-meter one, jumps up to 8 meters, and slides of also 8 meters. To tackle this canyon, it is highly advisable to have done some canyoning before, as this will allow you to enjoy it much more. If it is your first canyon, it is very important to have a good physical fitness, be adventurous, and not be afraid of heights.

• Approach: 1 hour 35 minutes.
• Positive elevation gain: 400 mts.
• Descent: 3 - 4 hours.

• Location: Queralbs (Ripollès).
• Minimum age: 16 years old (minors have to be accompanied by an adult).
• Material needed by the client: Hiking boots or sports sneakers, swimsuit, bottle of water, spare clothes and shoes.
