Freser Inferior Canyon, Ripollès

Freser Inferior Canyon, located in Queralbs, very close to Vall de Núria and within the Ter Freser Natural Park in the Ripollès region, is an ideal canyon to get started and go with the family. In the canyon we will find several jumps of up to 4 meters, a 4 meter slide and an optional 7 meter rappel. As it is an initiation canyon we can repeat some of the jumps and the slide, just as they can be repeated they can also be avoided, everything is optional. The only mandatory thing is to walk inside the river.

The high mountain environment that we find in this area of the Catalan Pyrenees is very beautiful!

• Level: Initiation.
• Season: April until October.
• Total duration of the activity: 3 - 4 hours.
• Approach: 20 minutes.
• Descent: 2 hours.
• Return: 5 minutes.
• Location: Queralbs (Ripollès).
• Minimum age: 8 years old (minors have to be accompanied by an adult).
• Material needed by the client: Hiking boots or sports sneakers, swimsuit, bottle of water, spare clothes and shoes.
